Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 working days of purchasing your items to receive full refund-please note this does not include delivery.
    • When returning an item to us please note that the item must be in its original unused condition-do not remove any tags/labels from the item. If the garment has any stains or damage we are unable to provide you with a refund.
    • Please return the item back to us in the original packaging and enclose the original invoice within the package.
    • We are unable to offer returns for pierced jewellery such as earrings or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
    • Once your return has reached us please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. This will then appear back into the account used for payment.


    Unfortunately we are yet to offer pre-paid returns, therefore if you wish to return an item back to us you will have to pay to return it. We advise you to send the parcel as recorded delivery as we are not responsible for the whereabouts or loss of your return.

    Exchanges

    • Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to exchange an item. 
    • Please note that you must choose to exchange an item within 14 working days from purchasing the item. 
    • Once you have contacted us regarding an exchange please follow the returns instructions with your invoice stating which item you would like.
    • Please note that the item being exchanged must show no damage or stains and must remain unused and in its original condition including the labels/tags attached. 
    • We are unable to exchange pierced jewellery and swimwear due to hygiene reasons, as well as sale items.
